Any advice for tasting / what we are looking for? I ended up brewing some pretty bitter IPAs… just tried 2 and find my taste buds in need of a rest…
I’ll be able to submit data either way but am wishing I’d just followed Chris’ recipe… wow columbus is a powerful hop…
I had problems with palate fatique while tasting, too.
