Fruit Composition Table

To help brewers and winemakers formulate their fruit beers and country wines, here’s a table listing the percentage of water, sugar and acid found in many common fruits. The types of acids in the fruit are also listed.

    Hi master Colby! I write that because months ago I became your padawan when I bought your book hahaha.
    I have a simple question. Do you ever try making a beer with strawberry? Does that have any sense or is a waste of time?
    I’m from Santa Fe, Argentina and here the strawberry grow like grass, and I would like to make a little crazy creation with that. Do you have any advice for me?
